Your first visit to our office will be a new patient exam with the doctor. This will afford an opportunity for you to meet the doctor and allow him to assess your dental needs. You may call our office at 352-372-0451 and speak to the Schedule Coordinator to find a time that is convenient for you.

DENTAL EMERGENCIES

Every morning we review our schedules to determine the best time of day for us to treat emergencies in order to minimize your wait. If you should have a dental emergency, please call the office at 352-372-0451 to reserve an emergency visit appointment time.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

Payment is expected when services are rendered. As a courtesy to our patients, we will be happy to file any insurance claims on your behalf. However, please understand that your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company, and you are ultimately responsible for any unpaid services. When treatment is necessary, an estimate of the fee will be presented before services are rendered.

Children are welcome in our office. Parental approval of all dental treatment on children under age 18 will be necessary. It is preferred that a parent be present at the time of treatment. Parents are requested to wait in the reception room except for consultation.

INFECTION CONTROL POLICY

In this office we use a variety of barrier techniques for your individual protection. These techniques include the use of gloves, masks, protective eye shields, and protective clothing. Our staff is regularly updated on current safety standards, and we implement all the latest OSHA standards and recommendations of the American Dental Association. Our office is equipped with a state-of-the-art sterilization center.
